Nigel was born in 1959. He had lived a life variously described as ‘colourful’ or ‘checkered’ until he made the turn to both serious academic study and creative writing. As his G.P. of many years standing has said, “Your writing and studying are your therapy Nigel. They are what saved you.’ He has gained since 1988: BA (Open) Political & Social Science, BA Humanities with Creative Writing, MA in English, MA in Creative Witing, MA in English Literature. He writes poetry, prose-fiction, essays on literature, politics, economics, psychology and philosophy. This volume contains poetry and prose fiction as well as well as some political and literary criticism. After leaving the University his writing will be sustained by Chipmunkapublishing.
