Nigel was born in 1959. Very early in life he found a home in books and writing. His first admission to a psychiatric unit was at 14 for two years and thereafter regularly until a medicine induced toxic state in 2003. He has never been back. Having gained two Bachelors of Arts and three Masters of Arts at The Open University which was life transformative.
