This book gives you a novel insight into hyper mania. It enables you to understand the condition more clearly and shows that it can actually be used to one’s advantage. This book shows how people should learn to accept themselves for who they are. It shows that dealing with mental health issues does not always have to be a negative thing. In some ways it can help you, e.g. in business, relationships, intellectually and emotionally. A groundbreaking book that will inspire a generation to be open about their experiences.

Not many people understand either hypermania or hypomania, both inside and outside of the medical profession. Unlike bipolar disorder, they are not proven medical conditions. Hypomania and hypermania are mild forms of mania, the hypomaniac being full of drive, confidence and great plans, while the hypermaniacs are quiet, always thinking and planning. They know where they have to go and get there in baby steps.
This book helps come to terms with hyper mania, and it also talks about physical and mental health, how you can control your body without external drugs through NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). We are all a little mad, but there is no need for drugs. All you need is a positive mental attitude and strong will power. Don’t fear mania, embrace it. It is such a great high without drugs

In this first part of the trilogy, Hyper Mania Revealed, Tui Hoy Sis explores the incredibly intriguing type of mental deviation, hypomania, a mild form of manic behaviour. He presents us with the traditional characteristics of “hypomania”. Then, using his life story, he introduces a beneficial modification to this disorder, called “hyper mania”, which he defines himself as. He skillfully compares both types, to demonstrate that the hypomaniac could incorporate the successful strategies of the hyper maniac to capitalise on his positive, manic, traits.
He juxtaposes the behavioural patterns of both, using areas such as family life, work life, and business. Both types are similarly obsessive, fearless, highly intelligent, goal oriented people, with revolutionary ideas, who have no patience for mediocrity of thought. The difference between the two types is the route taken to achieve goals. The hypomaniac is overly confident, a snap decision - maker and is concerned only with his creative ideas. He has no planning skills and cannot conceptualise failure. Unlike his counterpart, the hyper maniac uses logic, careful planning, control and stealth, to succeed. Tui Hoy Sis’s groundbreaking theory validates that manic traits can be harnessed and capitalised for success.
