A very encouraging account about what happened after his mental health improved. Would inspire anybody with a mental health problem who thinks things will not get better. Alistair takes small steps to help him recover with the help of family, friends, hobbies, studying and eventually into extensive voluntary work,which has put him now in a position to seriously consider paid employment. Well done Alistair!
